Fiesta La Peel - Celebrating Tamworth’s Cultural Heartbeat

Tamworth is turning up the colour, rhythm, and flavour this weekend and you’re invited to the party!

Fiesta La Peel returns this Saturday, transforming Bicentennial Park into a vibrant celebration of culture, community, and connection. It’s the day Tamworth truly comes alive with the sounds, sights, and tastes of the world - all right here in our backyard.

From 4pm the park will be buzzing with live performances, global beats, and incredible energy. You can move to the rhythm of traditional dances, discover new music from across the globe, and be inspired by art and cultural displays that tell the stories of our diverse community.

Feeling hungry? You’ll definitely want to come with an appetite! The international food fair is a feast for the senses, from sizzling street eats to sweet treats and aromatic dishes that will transport you across continents in just a few bites.

If shopping local is your thing, don’t miss the artisan marketplace, where you’ll find handmade goods, unique gifts, and beautiful crafts celebrating creativity from near and far. Plus, there are plenty of family-friendly activities, so bring the kids along for a fun-filled day of discovery, learning, and laughter.

Fiesta La Peel isn’t just an event, it’s a reflection of who we are. It’s about coming together, embracing our differences, and celebrating the rich mix of cultures that make Tamworth so special. Whether you’ve lived here your whole life or you’re new to the community, this festival is your chance to connect, share, and experience the warmth that defines our region.

So grab your family, your friends, and head along to Fiesta La Peel this Saturday from 4pm - 8.30pm in Bicentennial Park. Come for the food, stay for the fun, and leave with a heart full of Tamworth spirit.
